Desire, money, status or habit has quietly become the decision-maker.
The chain is usually looser than it feels once you look at it directly.
Guilt is part of the hook, so do not decide while feeling ashamed.
Reversed
The attachment is loosening and you can finally see the hook.
Leaving is possible now, but it needs a change of behaviour.
Recognising the pattern is not breaking it; replace the access, not the intention.
Honesty about what you wanted removes half its power.
Freedom here is built from small refusals.
