Terms of Service
1. What this service is
Yisuange is a digital reference tool dedicated to traditional Chinese philosophical frameworks, cultural archetypes, and historical almanac literature. All output serves strictly cultural exploration, educational study, and personal philosophical introspection.
The platform presents historical symbolic models for personal contemplation. It does not provide definitive factual declarations about real-world circumstances or future events.
2. Not professional advice
No content produced by this application constitutes medical diagnosis, psychiatric therapy, formal financial planning, legal counsel, or architectural safety guidance. You must never substitute output from this service for advice from qualified licensed professionals.
You bear exclusive personal responsibility for all health, relationship, career, and fiscal decisions made throughout your life.
3. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least eighteen years of age to access, register, or purchase any features on this site. By using this service, you warrant and represent that you have reached legal majority in your country of residence.
We do not knowingly offer access to minors, and accounts discovered belonging to individuals under legal age are shut down immediately.
4. Accounts
You are accountable for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials and preventing unauthorized entry to your profile. Any activity originating from your confirmed account credentials remains your direct legal liability.
You agree to inform Yisuange immediately if you identify or suspect credential leakage, security breaches, or unauthorized account manipulation.
5. Payments and refunds
Certain advanced chart modules require one-off purchases or active continuous subscription plans. All prices are stated clearly before transaction processing and include applicable digital sales taxes where mandated by law.
Because digital calculations generate instantly upon purchase, refunds are governed by standard store regulations or granted only if severe system non-delivery occurs.
6. Intellectual property
The textual commentary, proprietary algorithms, database taxonomies, custom UI layouts, and brand trademarks are the sole exclusive property of Yisuange. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell any software components or proprietary database corpuses found here.
7. Disclaimers and liability
This software operates entirely on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of completeness, continuity, or fitness for specific purposes. Yisuange disclaims all liability for incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site access.
Under the maximum scope granted by the law of the jurisdiction where you reside, aggregate liability shall never exceed the sum paid by you during the preceding three months.
8. Changes and termination
We may revise these terms to align with platform updates, technical adjustments, or legislative changes in the jurisdiction where you reside. Continuing to use our software following published revisions denotes full acceptance of updated terms.
We preserve the reserved right to suspend or revoke service access immediately to users who breach these terms or attack server infrastructure.
9. Your input and saved records
When you are signed out, or signed in without pressing Save, the question text you type is used only inside your browser for that single casting and is not written to our servers.
If you sign in and press Save, the question text is stored with that record in your account and can be deleted at any time. You must ensure your input does not infringe the rights of others or contain unlawful material.
Question content is never used for profiling or model training and is never shared with third parties.
10. Audience and data location
This service is offered to overseas users. Servers are hosted outside mainland China by RackNerd; data is not stored inside mainland China.
