Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
Yisuange collects only the minimum technical data necessary to operate this site. This includes basic browser user-agent strings, anonymous system error logs, and transaction confirmations issued by our payment processor.
If you choose to create an account, we store your email address and an encrypted hash of your password. We never request your real name, government identification, or precise GPS coordinates.
2. What we do not collect
We do not collect sensitive demographic details, personal financial accounts, physical addresses, or mobile device contact lists. We never harvest background data from other applications running on your machine.
We strictly decline to sell, rent, monetize, or trade any personal information to advertising networks, data brokers, or external commercial registries.
3. Local storage
By default, your reading notes, chart entries, and interface preferences remain entirely within your web browser local storage. This information is saved directly to your local file system partition.
Clearing your browser cache or site data will permanently remove these records immediately. We cannot restore locally stored data once you delete it on your device.
4. Optional cloud sync
You may optionally enable cloud backup to sync records across your personal devices. When enabled, records are transmitted over an encrypted channel and stored under your account.
You may turn off cloud synchronization at any time in your profile panel and delete the records already synced.
5. Photos stay on your device
Any photograph or image you select for symbolic pattern evaluation is read and processed entirely inside your browser. It is never uploaded, transmitted, or written to our servers or any cloud storage.
No photograph is retained after the page is refreshed or closed. No facial profiles, biometric templates, or biometric identifiers are generated, retained, or extracted.
6. Cookies and analytics
We only use strictly essential, first-party HTTP cookies to preserve session continuity and remember dark mode or font size settings. We do not place third-party marketing tracking pixels or behavioral profiling cookies.
Server logs retain anonymized IP addresses stripped of terminal identifiers for seven days solely to stop automated denial-of-service abuse.
7. Third-party payments
Financial billing operations are managed solely by authorized payment gateways like Stripe or Apple App Store. Yisuange never sees, collects, or retains complete credit card numbers, CVV security codes, or bank wire details.
Our servers obtain only an anonymized transaction identifier and timestamp once an order completes. All billing operations comply with external Payment Card Industry security criteria.
8. Your rights and deletion
Under the laws applicable where you reside, you have the continuous right to access, inspect, export, or erase all personal data held about you. You can purge your online profile with one confirmation click within settings.
When account closure occurs, all synchronized records on our backup infrastructure are wiped irrevocably within forty-eight hours.
9. Question text and saved records
When you are signed out, or signed in without pressing Save, the question text you type is used only inside your browser for that single casting and is not written to our servers.
If you sign in and press Save, the question text is stored with that record in your account and can be deleted at any time from the record detail page; deletion is irreversible.
Question content is never used for user profiling, never used to train models, and is never shared or sold to third parties.
10. Where data is stored and who we serve
Yisuange serves overseas users. Our servers are hosted outside mainland China by RackNerd. Account data and saved records live on that overseas server and are not stored inside mainland China.
